Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Enchanted Aromas, Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your candles will arrive.

1. Processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During peak times or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll recieve a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated deliver times:
Domestic - 3-7 business days
International - 7-21 business days depending on destination
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.

3. Shipping carriers.
The Enchanted Aromas is still figuring out which shipping company’s we will be working with but during this time we will be shipping with Canada post and UPS.

4. Free Shipping/ Local Shipping/ Local Pickup
We offer free shipping on orders over $150. We also offer local delivery and local pickup for free. 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages 
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will do our best to help you file a claim or locate the order.

6. Incorrect Shipping Info 
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
